What we can help with
- Listing a property — posting is free and takes a few minutes. You can start here without contacting us at all.
- Agencies and brokers — if you manage more properties than the free tier holds, or want your agency verified, tell us about your agency.
- Something wrong with a listing — a property that is not available, a price that is not real, or anything misleading. Report it and we will look.
- Your personal information — to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, write to us. Your rights are set out in the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We are a listings site, not an agent or a landlord. We do not manage any of the properties advertised, hold deposits, or take part in tenancy agreements — so questions about a specific property go to the person who listed it, whose contact details appear on the listing once you are signed in.
